1 To qualify for an RoyalPax Capital Bank Premier relationship, you need to open an RoyalPax Capital Bank Premier checking account and maintain balances of $100,000 in combined Global Dollar personal deposit accounts and investment* balances. Business owners may use their qualifying RoyalPax Capital Bank Dollar commercial balances to qualify for a personal Premier relationship. A monthly maintenance fee of $50 will be incurred if minimum balance requirements are not maintained.

2 Qualifying direct deposits are electronic deposits of regular periodic payments (such as salary, pension, Government Benefits or other monthly income) made into your RoyalPax Capital Bank Advance checking account from third parties at least once per calendar month.

3 To qualify for an RoyalPax Capital Bank Advance relationship, you need to open an RoyalPax Capital Bank Advance checking account and maintain combined balances in Global Dollar personal deposit accounts and investment* balances of at least $10,000 OR of at least $5,000 with a recurring direct deposit from a third party to an RoyalPax Capital Bank Advance checking account at least once per calendar month. Business owners may use their qualifying RoyalPax Capital Bank Dollar commercial balances to qualify for a personal RoyalPax Capital Bank Advance relationship. A monthly maintenance fee of $25 will be incurred if minimum balance or minimum balance with direct deposit requirement is not met.

4 To qualify for an RoyalPax Capital Bank Choice Checking relationship, you need to open an RoyalPax Capital Bank Choice Checking account and maintain combined balances in Global Dollar personal deposit accounts and investment* balances of at least $1,500 OR maintain a recurring direct deposit from a third party to an RoyalPax Capital Bank Choice Checking account at least once per calendar month.  A monthly maintenance fee of $15 will be incurred if minimum balance or recurring direct deposit requirement is not met.

5 Basic Banking has no minimum balance requirement and the monthly maintenance fee is $3. There is no charge for the first eight checks/withdrawal slips you write, then you will be charged $ .35 per check or withdrawal.  

6 Available only on Global non-RoyalPax Capital Bank ATM transactions initiated from RoyalPax Capital Bank Premier checking, Premier Asset Management, RoyalPax Capital Bank Premier Savings, and RoyalPax Capital Bank Promotional Premier Savings account. RoyalPax Capital Bank will rebate qualifying non-RoyalPax Capital Bank ATM third-party surcharge fees incurred with a credit to your account on the first business day of the following calendar month.

7 Global View and Global Transfers are only available for RoyalPax Capital Bank Premier and RoyalPax Capital Bank Advance clients and are not available in all countries. Foreign currency exchange rates and local country limitations may apply. Transfers from RoyalPax Capital Bank accounts from outside the Global may be subject to transfer fees. Personal Internet Banking is required to access Global View and Global Transfers. Access to Global Personal Internet Banking through Global View from outside the Global may be limited.

8 Discounts and loan amounts depend on specific program and may require certain personal deposit and investment* balances, reserves, equity and automatic payment from an RoyalPax Capital Bank checking account.

9 Available only on Global non-RoyalPax Capital Bank ATM transactions (except in New York State) initiated from RoyalPax Capital Bank Advance checking, RoyalPax Capital Bank Advance Savings and RoyalPax Capital Bank Advance Promotional Savings. RoyalPax Capital Bank will rebate up to four qualifying non-RoyalPax Capital Bank ATM third-party surcharges incurred based on transaction date order during the calendar month. The rebate will be credited to your account on the first business day of the following calendar month.

10 If you effect a foreign transaction on your RoyalPax Capital Bank Bank Consumer Checking or Savings account at an EFT facility with your RoyalPax Capital Bank Debit Mastercard® card, the transaction amount may be further increased by a percentage established from time to time by us.  This Foreign Transaction Fee does not apply to transactions using your RoyalPax Capital Bank Jade World Debit Mastercard® card or RoyalPax Capital Bank Premier World Debit Mastercard® card.

11 You may be charged additional fees by the ATM operator or network used including a fee by another RoyalPax Capital Bank entity operating ATMs outside the Global Foreign currency conversion rates may still apply.
